Choose a plan that matches the number of unique brands (explained below) you need and the number of interventions (also explained below) you expect to deliver each month. Then choose a billing cycle — monthly at the regular cost with minimal commitment, or semi-annually at a lower cost with a moderate commitment.
What is a brand?
A brand is a version of My Move customized by you. It has
information you provide, including: a logo, organization name,
introductory content, and referral information for individuals
ready to get a vaccine. This makes your users feel at home and
ensures they move on within your organization or wherever you
want them to go.
Each brand is identified by a “key” — a short code — which you
give to your recipients, and which they then use to start that My
Move brand. One key is shared by all users of the brand. In most
cases, the key is transparent to your users. You simply provide
a link to My Move and the link has the key embedded in it, so
when they arrive at My Move, the program already knows what brand they want and doesn't ask for a key.
How many brands do I need?
You need a brand for each population that MUST have its own introductory or referral information.
HINT: If there are lots of places you might want to refer people to, you can reduce the number of brands you need by referring your visitors to a page on your own website that helps visitors find the right place to go.
What is a delivered intervention?
An intervention is counted when a visitor chooses to start
My Move using one of your keys. Information on the My
Move landing page is designed to help visitors determine if the
program is right for them before they start it. You can send as
many people as you want to My Move. They won’t count as an
intervention until they click past the landing page and actually
start using My Move.
The landing page also serves as a technical capability check.
Visitors who are using an old device or software that may not
work with My Move are warned before they start.
How many interventions do I need?
It depends on how many people you refer and how intensely you refer
them. If you follow a vigorous referral approach where people
are referred multiple times and through multiple channels, an educated guess would be 30% of the people you refer will go on to start an intervention. If you follow a less
intense approach, like as a single email blast, you might expect 10% or less of the people you refer will go on to start an intervention. These are just examples. Many factors determine
uptake, including who you refer, their perceptions of the referral source, the referral messaging, technical capabilities of
Are both Spanish and English included in all plans?
Yes. Your My Move visitors can switch at will between Spanish and English, no matter what plan you have. All content, including audio and videos, is in both languages.
What if I start a plan that turns out to be lower or higher than I need?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take
effect immediately, so more interventions will be made available immediately.
effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do the people I send to My Move have to pay?
No. My Move is completely free to the people you refer, no matter how much they use it. Additionally, My Move does not have advertisements, does not share any data with advertisers, and does not collect any personal information from visitors.
How do I pay?
When you select a plan, you'll enter credit card information and your card will be billed at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Billing and payments are processed by
, one of the largest online payment processors.
What if none of these plans match my needs?
If you need more than 5 brands or more than 50,000 interventions per month, please
We'll try to develop a custom plan that meets your needs.
